With the app, each morchid can easily track their group’s full itinerary, receive real-time updates, and stay connected with their assigned pilgrims. Meanwhile, pilgrims can view schedules and guide contact details directly from their phones — no more confusion or missed instructions.

In addition to the user app, Irchad offers a powerful back office for travel agencies. From one dashboard, agencies can manage groups, assign morchidand upload schedules. It’s a tool designed to simplify complex logistics and reduce stress on the ground.

Beyond scheduling and group tracking, Irchad introduces a lifesaving feature: each pilgrim receives a personal QR code. In case of emergency, anyone nearby can scan the code to instantly contact the assigned guide and share the pilgrim’s location.
